- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Cool and add to the following mixture:

3oil, sugar, salt, buttermilk and flour.

4Stir and let set overnight, tightly covered in refrigerator.

5Pinch off needed amount of dough and knead on floured surface.

6Roll out and make into biscuits or pinch off and shape by hand into roll.

7Let rise about 1/2 hour.

8Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes.

9Dough will keep in refrigerator one week, tightly sealed.
