  • 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
  • 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 3/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add onions; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender.

    Add chicken, olives and dressing; cook 2 to 3 min.

    or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

    Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.

    Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooked spray; top with salsa and cheese.
