  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. cooking vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
