- 2 c. ham, diced
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 sour dough or English muffins
- 4 Tbsp. chunky taco sauce
- 4 Tbsp. sour cream
Directions

1On a griddle or skillet, heat butter.

2Saute ham until heated and starting to get crisp.

3Sprinkle with cheese, cover and heat on low flame.

4Toast and butter muffins with spatula; remove equal amounts of ham and cheese.

5Place on open-faced muffins.

6Dollop with taco sauce and sour cream.
