Ranch-Marinated Pork Chops

- 2 thick cut pork chops
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions

1Wash and pat dry pork chops with paper towel; poke several holes in them with a fork.

2In a shallow baking pan, mix together rest of ingredients.

3Place pork in marinade, turning to coat completely.

4Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning at least once.

5Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

6Remove cover from pan, bake chops for about 30 minutes (or until done), turning at least once during cooking.

7Serve with baked potatoes, using cooked marinade and pan drippings to top.
