  • 4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 1 small can hot Ortega peppers or chopped jalapeno peppers

Directions

    Mix together the Ranch dressing, onions and cream cheese and spread evenly on tortillas.

    Roll in four tight rolls and wrap in Saran Wrap.

    Refrigerate overnight or freeze.

    Cut off edges if ragged.

    Slice into pinwheels.
