- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add cottage cheese and milk.

2Process about 45 seconds until smooth.

3Fold in yogurt and remaining ingredients.

4Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
