- 1 c. sour cream
- 12 oz. corn with peppers, drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1.2 oz. Ranch with bacon dressing mix
- 1/3 c. melted oleo
- 16 oz. cream-style corn
- 4 oz. mushroom pieces, drained
Directions

1Combine muffin mix and dressing mix.

2Stir in eggs, butter and sour cream until moistened.

3Add everything else except cheese, stirring until combined.

4Pour into a 9-inch dish.

5Sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
