  • 8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 12 oz. corn with peppers, drained
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1.2 oz. Ranch with bacon dressing mix
  • 1/3 c. melted oleo
  • 16 oz. cream-style corn
  • 4 oz. mushroom pieces, drained

Directions

    Combine muffin mix and dressing mix.

    Stir in eggs, butter and sour cream until moistened.

    Add everything else except cheese, stirring until combined.

    Pour into a 9-inch dish.
