- 12 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 c. black olives, halved
- 24 to 30 dried tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz. grated Feta or Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
Directions

1Soften tomato halves using package directions; cut in strips. Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic and saute 2 minutes.

2Add olives, tomatoes and oregano.

3Cook 2 more minutes.

4Add grated cheese and pasta mix until blended.

5Serve.
