  • 12 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 c. black olives, halved
  • 24 to 30 dried tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz. grated Feta or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano

Directions

    Soften tomato halves using package directions; cut in strips. Heat oil in large skillet; add garlic and saute 2 minutes.

    Add olives, tomatoes and oregano.

    Cook 2 more minutes.

    Add grated cheese and pasta mix until blended.

    Serve.
