Randy'S Cheese Cake

Directions

   Grease and flour 10-inch spring-form pan.

   Cream eggs and cream cheese until smooth.

   Fold in lemon juice, vanilla and sour cream, then add sugar and whipping cream; beat.

   Cook 20 minutes at 400°.

   Turn oven down to 275° and cook for 40 minutes.

   Turn oven off and let cake cool in oven for at least 1 hour.
