- 8 oz. soft margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Directions

1Beat margarine and sugars until fluffy.

2Add milk, eggs and vanilla; beat on slow speed.

3Add baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour.

4Add rolled oats and coconut until well blended.

5Last, add Rice Krispies.

6Bake at 375° for 9 to 10 minutes.

7(I use a No. 45 scoop, which is about 2 tablespoons.)
