  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz. sugar
  • 6 oz. half and half
  • 3 oz. pistachio nuts, crushed to powder

Directions

    Mix sugar and Ricotta cheese and bake at 250° until top turns light brown.

    Pour half and half over it and sprinkle with powdered pistachio.

    Chill well before serving.
