- 2 Tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 (8 oz.) container raspberry low-fat yogurt

1In a medium bowl, using a whisk or large fork, combine milk and apple juice concentrate until they are smooth.

2You can also shake them in a jar with a tight fitting cover. With a small spoon, stir the yogurt. Add it to the milk and apple juice concentrate.
