  • 4 c. peeled, cored and sliced Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 beaten egg white
  • two 9-inch pie crusts (unbaked)

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Mix apples and raspberries in a large bowl; set aside.

    Combine remaining ingredients, except crust, in a small bowl and sprinkle over fruit.

    Mix well and spoon into prepared crust.
