  • 1/2 c. chilled butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. raspberry jam
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. shredded sweetened coconut
