  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. seedless raspberry jam

Directions

    Melt butter and chocolate. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and almond. Stir flour into mixture just until combined. Spread in 9 x 13 baking pan. Drop jam into mixture by teaspoonful and run knife through. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
