- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/3 c. raspberry jam
Directions

1Beat butter at medium speed with electric mixer until soft and creamy.

2Gradually add sugar, beating well.

3Add eggs and chocolate.

4Mix well.

5Add flour and again, mix well.

6Stir in nuts.

7Spoon half of batter into greased and floured 9-inch square pan.

8Spread jam over batter.

9Top with remaining batter.

10Bake at 350° for 28 to 30 minutes.
