Raspberry Buttercream Icing

  • 1 cup Crushed Red Raspberries
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 pound Confectioners Sugar, Or More As Needed
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Put fresh berries into a mesh strainer and crush them, allowing pulp and juice to fall into a bowl. Set aside.

    In a mixing bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and berry pulp; beat well. Add sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing between each addition.

    Add salt to taste.
