  • 5/8 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 7/8 cups semi-skimmed milk
  • 11/16 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 2/3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoons campari
  • 7 11/16 tablespoons fresh raspberries

Directions

    Place the frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup milk, cream, lemon juice, sugar and campari in a blender and puree until smooth.

    Distribute the fresh raspberries into glasses and half fill with the puree. Add 1 cup milk to the remaining shake in the blender and give it a quick blitz, to create foam, before topping off the glasses.
