- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 14 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.

3Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, beating until smooth.

4Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to cream cheese mixture, beating at low speed until well blended.

5Spread batter into a greased and floured 13-x9-inch pan.

6Dollop with preserves, and swirl with a knife.

7Bake for 30 minutes or until cake begins to leave sides of pan.

8Cool slightly, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
