5 steps
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Raspberries
- 2 Tablespoons Honey (or White Sugar)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
Directions
-
1Add raspberries to a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until raspberries break down and become liquidy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
-
2Press raspberries with the back of a spoon or potato masher. Stir in honey and lemon juice. Add more to sweeten, if desired.
-
3Add chia seeds and stir. Let stand until thickened, about 5-10 minutes. If you want a thicker texture, add more chia seeds, 1 teaspoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.
-
4Transfer to a mason jar with lid or airtight container and let cool completely. Jam may be stored for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer.
-
5Enjoy!
