  • 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges (in juice)
  • 1/8 medium red onion
  • 3 oz. grilled chicken breast strips
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 100% whole wheat English muffin
  • 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. CRYSTAL LIGHT Drink Mix, any flavor*

Directions

    Tear spinach (1/8 pound = 2 cups); drain mandarin oranges; slice onion into thin wedges.
