- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. raspberry preserves
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cut cream cheese and butter or margarine into biscuit mix until crumbly.

2Stir in milk.

3Turn on lightly floured surface. Knead 8 to 10 strokes.

4On waxed paper, roll dough to a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.

5Invert on a greased baking sheet.

6Remove paper.

7Spread preserves down center of dough.

8Fold one side to middle, then other side.

9Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
