Raspberry Custard Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar (less if berries are really ripe)
  • 2/3 c. sour cream
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c. black raspberries

Directions

    Make one pie crust; don't bake it.

    Put raspberries in pan with crust.

    Mix other ingredients.

    Pour over berries.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then 300° for 45 minutes.

    Knife inserted at center comes out clean when custard is done.
