- 2/3 c. sugar (less if berries are really ripe)
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. black raspberries
Directions

1Make one pie crust; don't bake it.

2Put raspberries in pan with crust.

3Mix other ingredients.

4Pour over berries.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then 300° for 45 minutes.

6Knife inserted at center comes out clean when custard is done.
