Raspberry Dessert Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. pretzels, broken
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. raspberry jello
  • 2 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 pkg. frozen raspberries

Directions

    Combine butter, sugar and pretzels in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and egg, folding Cool Whip into mix last.

    Carefully spread over pretzel layer.

    Dissolve jello and water.

    Add frozen raspberries.

    Cool until slightly thickened.

    Spread over cream cheese layer.

    Chill overnight.
