- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. pretzels, broken
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg. raspberry jello
- 2 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 pkg. frozen raspberries
Directions

1Combine butter, sugar and pretzels in a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

2Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

3Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and egg, folding Cool Whip into mix last.

4Carefully spread over pretzel layer.

5Dissolve jello and water.

6Add frozen raspberries.

7Cool until slightly thickened.

8Spread over cream cheese layer.

9Chill overnight.

10Yields 12 to 16 servings.
