- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. light syrup
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cook sugar, syrup and water to hard ball stage or 252° on candy thermometer, stirring often.

2Beat egg whites until foamy. Add gelatin and continue beating until egg whites form a peak. Slowly beat in the hot syrup mixture.

3Continue beating until mixture will hold a shape.

4Add nuts and drop quickly on waxed paper or pour into greased pan.
