Raspberry Glazed Ham

- 4 to 5 lb. cooked boneless smoked ham
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. seedless red raspberry jam
Directions

1Score ham in diamond pattern, if desired.

2Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

3Insert meat thermometer.

4Bake, uncovered, in 325° oven 1 3/4 hours or until meat thermometer registers 140°. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, blend wine and lemon juice into cornstarch.

5Add about half of the jam.

6Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

7Stir in the remaining jam and butter or margarine.

8Heat and stir until butter is melted.

9Brush ham with raspberry glaze.

10Bake 10 minutes more.

11Spoon remaining glaze over ham.

12Transfer to heated serving platter.

13Makes 6 to 8 servings.
