  • 4 slices Cracked Wheat Bread
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Wildflower Honey
  • 23 cups Fresh Raspberries
  • 6 ounces, weight Sliced Brie

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

    For each bread slice, butter one side.

    On the unbuttered side, spread honey.

    Layer berries and sliced brie on top of the honeyed slice.

    Top with the remaining slices of bread (buttered-side up) to form a sandwich.

    Transfer sandwiches to the skillet.
