- 4 slices Cracked Wheat Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 teaspoons Wildflower Honey
- 23 cups Fresh Raspberries
- 6 ounces, weight Sliced Brie
Directions

1Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

2For each bread slice, butter one side.

3On the unbuttered side, spread honey.

4Layer berries and sliced brie on top of the honeyed slice.

5Top with the remaining slices of bread (buttered-side up) to form a sandwich.

6Transfer sandwiches to the skillet.

7Cook on each side for 23 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
