Raspberry Macadamia Blondies

- 9 tablespoons butter
- 12 ounces white chocolate chopped
- 2/3 cup flour sifted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 medium eggs lightly beaten
- 4 ounces macadamia nuts chopped and toasted
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- powdered sugar for dusting
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8-inch square cake pan and line base and sides with parchment paper, extending paper 1 inch above edges.

2Place butter and half the chocolate in a medium saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring. Cool for 10 mins.

3Stir in flour, sugar, eggs, macadamias and remaining chocolate. Fold in raspberries, then spread into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 mins, until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in pan. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares to serve.
