- 2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
- 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
- 1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Directions

1Place raspberries in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until smooth.

2Add powdered sugar and remaining ingredients; process until blended.

3Pour through a wire-mesh strainer; press mixture with back of a spoon against the sides of the strainer to squeeze out liquid.

4Discard seeds.

5Serve with pound cake and additional fruit.

6Yields 1 cup.
