Raspberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels (crumbs)
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. raspberry jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 pkg. frozen raspberries (not the loose frozen raspberries)

Directions

    Mix crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar; press in pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

    Cool.

    Cream the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    Spread on pretzel crust.

    Dissolve jello in hot water; add frozen raspberries.

    Let stand until thick and pour over top.

    Let set.
