- 5 qt. raspberries
- 1 1/2 pt. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar for each pt. juice
Directions

1After washing the raspberries, pour the vinegar over them and stir well.

2Let stand 24 hours.

3Then mash and strain through a sieve.

4Add 3 cups sugar for each pint of juice.

5Chill and serve one half juice to one half water, with mint leaves.
