- 2 c. fresh raspberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Set out a heavy saucepan.

2Pour 2 cups fresh raspberries into pan.

3Blend in 1/2 cup of sugar.

4Blend together to make a paste: tablespoon of cold water and 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch.

5Blend into berry mixture.

6Stir constantly and boil over medium heat 3 minutes.

7Set aside to cool.

8Makes 1 cup.

9Can substitute strawberries.

10Good over ice cream, angel food cake, etc.
