  • 1 & 2/3 lbs raspberries
  • 1 & 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

    Dissolve sugar with 1 cup water. Puree raspberries with 3/4 cup water. Remove seeds by pressing through a sieve. Combine berries and sugar syrup and chill 1 hour. Process in ice-cream maker according to manufacturers instructions.
