- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1Bottom Layer: Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl.

2Mix together well until crumbly.

3Press in a greased 9x9 inch pan.

4Filling: Spread jam over bottom layer.

5Top Layer: Beat eggs until frothy.

6Add sugar, coconut, vanilla and baking powder.

7Stir to combine well.

8Spread over jam layer.

9Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until set and lightly browned.

10Cool and cut into 36 squares.
