  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 can coconut milk

Directions

    In a blender, pulse nuts, figs and salt a few times. Press mixture into forms.

    Blend ingredients for raspberry cream and add mixture to crust.

    Put in a freezer for at least two hours.

    For the frosting, blend the cream from chilled coconut milk and nectar.

    Pour frosting on top and garnish with fresh raspberries.
