- 10 oz. bitter-sweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/3 c. seedless raspberry jam
- 2 Tbsp. raspberry brandy
- cocoa, powdered sugar, chocolate sprinkles or ground nuts (for coating)
Directions

1In 1-quart glass measure, combine 10 ounces chocolate and butter.

2Heat in a microwave oven on High until melted and smooth when stirred.

3Stir in jam and liquor until well blended.

4Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours, or overnight.
