- 1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- scant 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 8 oz. Swiss style raspberry yogurt
Directions

1Cream together butter and brown sugar.

2Beat egg and vanilla into creamed mixture.

3Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, then stir into mixture.

4Stir in yogurt.

5Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 45 minutes (or less).
