  • 1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • scant 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 8 oz. Swiss style raspberry yogurt

Directions

    Cream together butter and brown sugar.

    Beat egg and vanilla into creamed mixture.

    Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, then stir into mixture.

    Stir in yogurt.

    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 45 minutes (or less).
