  • 1 good layer sliced zucchini, cut in 1/2
  • 1 green pepper, cut small
  • 1 medium onion, cut small
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder (plenty)
  • Italian seasoning (a lot)
  • 3 medium tomatoes, cut small

Directions

    Repeat layers.

    Drizzle over top 1/2 cup olive oil.

    Pour in 2 small cans tomato sauce.

    Bake covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

    Soup with leftover.
