  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 2 (7 3/4 oz.) jars prunes with tapioca baby food (plums are also good)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped

    Mix it all at medium speed in electric mixer but do not beat too much.

    Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan.

    Pour cake into pan and bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
