- 200 g Rava/Sooji/semolina
- 1 cup coconut powder
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g Khoya/Mawa
- 150 g ghee
- 100 g crushed cashews & raisins
- Pinch cardamom powder
- 1 cup boiled milk (hot)
Directions

1Heat one tablespoon ghee in a thick bottomed pan over slow flame and roast the cashews & raisins.

2Now heat remaining ghee in pan over a slow flame, roast Rava/Semolina until color changes and it becomes fragrant.

3You need to stir continuously at the time of roasting Rava.

4It takes minimum 5 minutes.

5Now mix coconut powder in roasted Rava and stir for a few minutes again.

6Mix Khoya/Mawa in roasted Rava/Semolina

7Now mix sugar and stir until everything mix well.

8Now add the milk and stir continuously.

9After a few minutes, turn off the flame.

10Wait until mixture cool slightly, form it into small Ladoos like a golf ball.

11If you are not able to hold the mixture, then add little more milk.

12Serve these sweet ladoos after one or two hours.

13Tips: If you do not have Khoya/Mawa, you can use condensed milk.

14If used condensed milk, then you need to cook mixture few minutes extra.

15Do not add sugar if using condensed milk because condensed milk is already too much sweet.

16If you do not love coconut powder you can avoid it.
