Rave Coconut Cake

Directions

   Blend first 5 ingredients in large mixer bowl.

   Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

   Stir in coconut and nuts.

   Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans.

   Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until done.

   Let cool in pans for 15 minutes.

   Remove. When cool, fill and top with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.
