  • 1 c. corn oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 3 to 6 c. apples, peeled and sliced or diced
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    Cream sugar, oil and eggs until well blended.

    Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.

    Stir in apples and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt cake pan.

    Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a cold 350° oven.

    Top with glaze.
