- Brownies
- 2 cups raw walnut pieces
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 3 cups Medjool Dates, pitted
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup raw walnut pieces
- Topping
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- salt to taste
Directions

1Line a 8 x 9 pan with parchment paper.

2In a food processor, blend 2 cups walnuts to a fine crumb.

3Add dates and process until sticky.

4Add the cacao powder, vanilla and salt.

5Blend, starting low and turning up to high, scraping down every 10-15 seconds until combined.

6Press into lined pan, and freeze for 10 minutes.

7While brownie mixture is in the freezer, prepare the topping:

8Combine all remaining ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

9Spread on top of frozen brownie mix and freeze for another 20 minutes.

10Cut while still firm and frozen. Store in freezer for up to 6 weeks!
