  • 12 cup grated unsweetened coconut (fresh, dried or frozen)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons raw sugar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
