- 1 lb radish (approx 25)
- 4 garlic scapes (the steams of garlic)
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
Directions

1Roughly chop radishes and scapes.

2Add cashews and water to blender. Blend until smooth, then add other ingredients and blend until preferred texture.

3Serve with sliced radishes, pita chips or crackers. Make approx 5 cups.
