- 1 c. finely chopped green peppers
- 1 c. finely chopped raw carrots
- mayonnaise
- 1 c. finely chopped cabbage
- 1/4 lb. American cheese, grated
- lettuce leaf
Directions

1Mix each chopped, salted vegetable separately with enough mayonnaise to bind.

2On a leaf of lettuce, place a mound of carrots.

3Place a mound of cabbage on carrots and on top of that, a mound of green peppers.

4Sprinkle with grated cheese.

5Serve with French dressing or mayonnaise.
