- 1 c. cut corn, defrosted
- 1 c. cold water
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Combine corn, water and eggs in food processor using steel blade.

2Process until corn kernels are completely pureed.

3Add flour; process briefly with quick, on-off motions; scraping down container until blended.

4Transfer to nonstick muffin tins that have been greased.

5Bake at 425° about 15 minutes.

6Top will not brown; don't overbake.

7Serve warm.
