- 1 Boboli crust (thin or thick)
- 1 small red onion, sliced thin
- 1 small red pepper, sliced thin
- 4 oz. mushrooms (canned or fresh)
- 1 jar nonfat spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. nonfat pizza cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place Boboli on pizza pan.

3Saute in nonstick pan the onion, pepper and mushrooms.

4Put spaghetti sauce on boboli.

5Spoon veggies on evenly.

6Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

7Remove from oven and add cheese on top.

8Bake for 5 more minutes.

9Slice and enjoy!
