Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 small can pimentos
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. broken pecans
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery (if desired)

Directions

    Drain pineapple.

    Use juice and water for making jello.

    Set aside to cool.

    Mash pimentos and cream cheese together.

    Add celery, pecans, pineapple and whipped cream.

    Add to cooled jello.

    Pour into large 9 x 13-inch dish and chill 2 hours. Serves 12.
